Another blessed year, by God’s grace…
Greetings from Ossa Wintha Place!
Not much new, but growing each day,
BUT- not in number….by the way!
Matt has his job with Assurant,
He likes it and it pays the rent!
Me, still painting…check out my blog,
Anything—from tu-tus to frogs!
With coupons, I’m saving money,
Call me for the low down, honey,
Spent some time in the checkout line,
Cost fifty, but saved ninety-nine!
NOAH, 4, is matter of fact.
His strong-will has made an impact!
Yes, big helper and hard worker, too,
Trying to teach, Jesus loves you!
In October, GRADY turned three!
His face and laugh, joyous they be!
YET- the terrible threes have begun…
Where is my obedient son?
POLLY, one, is our squishy girl!
Oh, how we love each little curl!
Where does she get all that drama?
Matt? No…it came from her Momma!
Raising sinners is tough- you know…
Hardest when: it’s my sin they show!
I hate it when I raise my voice-
Forgiven in JESUS-------REJOICE!!!
Brings me back to HIS perfect LOVE!
In HIM, praise our FATHER above!
Do you know JESUS CHRIST, the SON?
THE WAY~THE TRUTH~THE LIFE~THE ONE!!

6Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
~John 14:6

Merry Christmas with LOTS of love!!!!

The Great Outdoors!!!

This is a fun set that I did for two brothers! The mom told me to be as whimsical as I wanted, so I loved the freedom! Makes me want to go for a hike!

Our Playroom!

Lots of folks have requested pics of the playroom, so here is a slideshow! I am still working on it and hope to get more art in it soon...you know the "cobbler's children have no shoes and so forth!" And, by the way, it is hardly EVER this clean!!!

I ask no other sunshine...

Upon the Cross of Jesus is one of my favorite songs! My dear friend Laura, who has a beautiful voice, chose a quote from this song to light up the room of her third child to be born on THURSDAY!!! (Sorry for the run-on) I had fun with this one, even amidst my three running wild!

A Good Swap!

My good friend, Robyn...(whose birthday was this week) is about to have Elly (Girl #2)! BUT, needed some art for Evynne's (girl #1) BiG girl room! Here is what we came up with! She has a monograming business and as soon as I make up my fickle mind, I will get some goodies for my little ones in return!!! you should check out her website/blog...start here... http://www.thesewpersonalblog.blogspot.com/ ! I was really pleased with the results and I think she was, too!

My Favorite Yet?

My precious, and I mean~ precious Bible study leader from last Spring just made an order for a baby shower gift! She wanted something that is sweet for a baby, but that could grow with the girl and remain a part of her room. I think we pulled it off and I LOVE it and want to keep it for Polly, but it is already addressed for little Ruby Caroline!

First Birthdays!

This set was created for twins on their very first birthday!!! Aren't first birthdays the best! Bye bye bottles! Hello sippy cups! Bye bye baby food! Polly just turned one as well! It was an extra special party because two of the Great Grandmothers were able to attend (all the way from Mississippi!) Here are some highlights!

An Athlete in Waiting!

A sweet girl from my home-town is expecting her first child! (A BOY!) This is the sign her mother ordered as her Amy's baby shower gift! It was fun to make and Noah and Grady (my two boys) just loved it! Maybe one day I will have time to make them some new sigsn! The Cobbler's children have no shoes....how true, how true!

Inspired by friends!

Here are some of my latest creations! It is special to be able to create pieces that give you a hint of one's personality.

The larger one, was an order from my dearest Krisan. This sign adorns the entrance to her "schoolroom." She is homeschooling for the first time this year! I admire her for doing it and I am so honored that such a gifted decorator would display my work in her home!

What a wonderful Christmas! Can you believe that all the family stayed healthy through Christmas and New Year's (by God's grace!)! It has been a nice Christmas break for us, and Daddy (Matt) was able to take some time off work to get things done around the house and just enjoy the kids! It was nice to have a break from painting, but I am eager to get my paint brushes working again! Let me know if you have a need!!!!!
